Florham Park is 7 square miles and  was ranked #1 in New Jersey Monthly’s 2015 edition.  What makes the area special and enticing is the fact that its home to  more than 40 corporate entities, over 100 businesses, two university campuses and don't forget the amazing  training facility for the New York Jets.

Residents of Florham Park especially enjoy the low tax rate. The borough has the second lowest tax rate in Morris County.

 

Homes in Florham Park range from beautiful colonials, 1940s Cape Cods and 1950s split-levels. Higher-end areas include the Summit Woods development and Country Club Lane, adjacent to the Brooklake Country Club. Florham on the Fairways is a luxury condo community and there are  many other condos and townhome options throughout the town.

 

The main town center ranges from Trader Joe’sStarbucks and Panera Bread to long-standing local businesses like the Florham Park Hardware Store, the Florham Park Diner and Florham Park roller rink.

Florham Park School District:
 

Florham Park students attend one of two elementary schools—Briarwood or Brooklake and then onto Ridgedale Middle School.   Hanover Park High School in East Hanover is where students from Florham park attend HS.

​

Fairleigh Dickinson University campus is  almost all in Florham Park, as are portions of the College of Saint Elizabeth.

 

Commuting From Florham Park:

Florham Park is not a train community, however, there are several bus options. The commute is about an hour by car. Residents in Florham Park who work in NYC also have access to a number of local train stations, including Convent Station, Morris Plains and Morristown.​

The NFL Jets are perhaps Florham Park’s most notable residents. Their $75 million training facility and corporate headquarters opened in 2008. Jets players can be spotted around town, and several celebrities have made Florham Park home,  including Nicole Elizabeth LaValle (better known as Snooki), retired Giants running back Tiki Barber and retired NHL goaltender Johan Hedberg.
